When beginning the planning process of your event, this is the first form to be filled out. Your calendar date must be approved before submitting a Promotions and/or Facility Form.

All events must be submitted at least 6 months prior to event. Tier 5 events must be submitted 12 months in advance.

Submissions must include a detailed event description as it will be displayed on Eventbrite and the Gateway app.

Expected attendance for your event should be a proven and realistic estimate. Your tier will be subject to change if recorded attendance does not exemplify expected attendance.
