Child Dedication is where you as the parent(s)/guardians of the child recognize your child(ren) are God’s gift(s) to you.  When you return these gifts to God in dedication, you also before the Lord and the Gateway family are publicly dedicating yourselves.  You are accepting responsibility for the lives God has entrusted to your care; and committing that you will do all within your power to see to it that your child(ren) become all God intended. You are also committing to live your life for Jesus Christ to be an example to your child(ren), and raising them according to God's Holy Word.

PLEASE NOTE: this is not a baptism service, where the child is sprinkled.  Child Dedication does not mean salvation and a guarantee into Heaven. We pray that upon the age of accountability, your child will make a decision to accept Jesus into their heart and choose to live for Him.

Upon receiving this form, your name will be added to Child Dedication list and you will be notified when a spot becomes available for the next Child Dedication Service.
